Decorated Truck
I had to re-string a standard set of LED lights to work on 12 volts - it was a huge pain but it turned out pretty well.

Green LED Tree
Our new tree uses only 32 watts of power (checked with a Kill-A-Watt). Based on some tests I did, it looks like a standard tree would use well over 200 watts.
