The water wasn't all that deep. But in combination with the sky and I'm sure some coloring as well as the bottom of the pool, the water looked extremely blue.

Sunken Crane in Houston
This photo is of a sunken crane on Oct 16th 2006 in Houston Texas. I would have taken a picture of the front end loaders but they are COMPLETELY under water. If you must know, they are on the left. That road you see on the left? That is I-10 and it has about 10 feet to spare. Don't these things costs like 250k or more? Ooops. Be careful where you park! Houston I-10 and Beltway 8 on October 16th, 2006 after heavy rains. This part of Houston *always* floods after a decent rain. Just something you learn to live with in Houston Texas.
