You can hold me accountable by my daily entries; that I'm working out EVERY day and my weekly weigh-ins. The program has sheets you log everything on, and I'm doing that, but they would be pretty boring to see. I better see visual improvements by the end of the program. I'll weigh in every Tuesday with a pic. Hoping to look better and feel better. If I miss a workout or gain weight tear into me. :-)
