Chocolate Rain
Apparently there was a fire near Mexico City. The resulting ash mixed with the rain in San Antonio. This produced "mud rain" which covered everything in the city. You can see the results on my truck. Houston I-10 and Beltway 8 on October 16th, 2006 after heavy rains. This part of Houston *always* floods after a decent rain. Just something you learn to live with in Houston Texas.
