P90x Project: Still Day One
Today was chest, back, ab-ripper X. Very tough workout. Over one hour. Will post weight once a week. More worried about eating correctly than the exercise. Very sore. Photi: Me trying to do more pull-ups. Difficult thing to do.

How did you come up with a name like “Deh Squirrels”?
Gene just started calling her “the squirrels” one day because she is squirrely and gets into mischief. Then we liked the name and decided to name her Squirrels. After awhile it developed into “deh Squirrels”.
Well, she is definitely squirrely!
